    Meal prep is a habit that will serve you well when you’re trying to lose weight. However, there are weeks you won’t have to time to cook or maybe you just don’t feel like it. In this case, I have a bunch of healthy meal prep recipes that can be prepared in a short amount of time with no cooking required. These recipes prove that meal prep doesn’t need to take a lot of time or an oven!
