Would you like to know what I love more that having a freezer stock full of healthy meals? Super simple recipes I can just throw together when I want something easy or when menu planning does not go as planned.
I made these wraps a couple Saturdays ago when I had bacon leftover from the breakfast sandwiches I put together. It was close to lunchtime so my mind instantly went to club sandwiches. My husband loves anything with bacon but he especially takes a special liking to turkey clubs.
At first I got a little nervous because we were out of bread. Then I found, in the back of my fridge, a couple of Flatout wraps. Perfect! After another quick scan I saw the ranch yogurt dressing. I knew we were about to have a very yummilicious lunch. These wraps, at only 307 calories, are incredibly satisfying. If you have a BLT or club lover in your family then you must make these.
Here’s a quick video I put together to bring this recipe to life.
- 1 Flatout Wrap (I used the multi-grain with flax)
- 2 ounce of smoked turkey (I used Plainville)
- ½ slice sharp american cheese
- 2 slices cooked bacon** (I use Applegate farms)
- 1 tablespoon Ranch yogurt dressing (I use Wegman's brand)
- 2 tomato slices
- Romaine lettuce (you could also use baby spinach)
- Spread ranch dressing over the center of wrap. Add turkey, cheese, bacon, tomato, and romaine.
- Fold sides in and then roll up.

Can you use flour tortillas instead?
Yes you can.
I use the Low Carb wraps..they are yummy too..
These look awesome I have been craving one of these since I saw the post 2 days ago!! Definitely on the menu in the very near future! Wegmans brand? If you don’t mind me asking what state are you in? I lived in Buffalo, NY for all my life up till 5 years ago and one thing I miss the most is my Wegmans!!! NOTHING compares to it out here in CA.
Where is the ranch yogurt dressing found? in with the yogurt or salad dressings? I have never heard of this before?
Hi there, I found it in the produce section of my grocery store.
You could always use zero fat greek yogurt and add Ranch dressing mix in it. That is very good and low cal and no fat
Thank you for this! I’ve been looking for something that’s easy, yummy and feels like a treat (even though it’s healthy). This was so good. Now I’m mad I have to eat lunch out tomorrow because I want this again!
I used laughing cow and real bacon crumbs-yummy also
if anyone in CA wants to know where to find wegmans, I’ve seen it at sprouts. can’t wait to try this! thank you so much for sharing!
This is on the menu for sure! You can make your own yogurt ranch dressing. 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 package of hidden valley ranch dressing mix (not the dip mix). Mix together and add a little milk until you get the consistenity you want. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Thanks for the yummy recipe!
TY Holly! Spinach would be good in this wrap too. Healtheir than iceburg lettuce too.
Good news! You can order Wegman’s products on Amazon!! Enjoy!!
I made these with spinach and turkey bacon – awesome!
Was out of bacon, so I used salami instead, which gave it a little nice Italian kick 🙂
Thanks for sharing this on Pinterest! I’m glad I found ou!
I did find this through Pinterest and I cant wait to make this and check out some more of your recipes!
Saw this on Pinterest a few days ago and I’ve been craving it ever since. All I needed was the wraps! I got those at the grocery store today and just got home and devoured it! I also just used plain ranch dressing. Had to come back here and say thanks for posting this, it was delicious! I’m 12 weeks pregnant, and it’s been so hard to find things that look appetizing right now, but this definitely hit the spot. And so quick and easy!
So glad you liked it!!! Good luck with your pregnancy and new little one 🙂 stay in touch.
so love these kinds of foods. Do you have recipe of that flatout wrap? I made it once (first time). It still tasted good but it was hard to chew 🙁
The flatout wrap was hard to chew? You can use any wrap you like just keep an eye on the calories.
I’ve made something similar to this, but used Laughing Cow as the cheese.
If you leave off the bacon and cheese what would the calorie number be then?
Can you freeze these without putting on lettuce or tomato ?
A
Can you use a regular wheat tortilla or is there a difference between the two? Do you have to warm the tortilla any?
This. Was. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used a sundried tomato wrap and it was over the top. So, so, so good!
Wow delicious wraps
Question,
How do you keep these for a week? Do you put them in the fridge? Or do you freeze them? Do you pre-assemble them?
Can you make this and leave it in the fridge over night and still good for lunch the next day? Or does it have to be made and are right then?
You can probably make this the day before. the bacon might not be as crisp but it would still be good.
This was so amazing make this for your kids lunch and you will get full so quickly it’s great
Thansk for sharing this wonderful recipe.M
Did I read the points correctly? TWENTY-THREE for ONE???? (say it ain’t so!)
