Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

This Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf is everything you love about a juicy burger but lightened using lean ground turkey. It’s delicious, cheesy, and topped with bacon to seal in all the flavor and juices!

Ingredients

Panko & Milk Ground Turkey Ketchup & Mustard Hamburger Seasoning Worcestershire sauce Grated Parmesan Eggs Shredded Sharp Cheddar Bacon

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, use your hands to press the breadcrumbs and milk together until it forms a paste.

Step 2: Then In a small bowl, stir the mustard and ketchup together. Set it aside for now.

Step 3: To the paste, add the ground turkey, hamburger seasoning, salt, pepper, onion powder, granulated garlic, Worcestershire sauce, grated parmesan, eggs, ½ of the ketchup mustard mixture, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

Step 4: Use your hands to mix all the ingredients until evenly distributed. You don’t want to over mix because that can result in a tough meatloaf.

Step 5: Place the meat mixture onto a sheet pan sprayed with cooking spray and form it into a loaf.

Step 6: Spread the rest of the  ketchup mixture over the top and then lay on the bacon slices.

Step 7: Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.

Step 8: Broil for 1-2 minutes or until the bacon is crispy

Step 9: Remove meatloaf from the oven and let it sit for about 5 minutes, slice, and serve.
