Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. If needed, add water until you get the consistency you want.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Make ahead and storage
Prepare freezer smoothie kits - place all of the ingredients, except the liquid, into a quart-size freezer bag or mason jar and freeze. When you’re ready to make the smoothie dump the ingredients in the blender, add the liquid, and blend until smooth.Refrigerate premade smoothie 1-2 days in the refrigerator. After you blend the ingredients, pour the smoothie into a mason jar, tightly place the lid on, and refrigerate. Give the smoothie a couple of shakes before drinking.
