Prepare freezer smoothie kits - place all of the ingredients, except the liquid, into a quart-size freezer bag or mason jar and freeze. When you’re ready to make the smoothie dump the ingredients in the blender, add the liquid, and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate premade smoothie 1-2 days in the refrigerator. After you blend the ingredients, pour the smoothie into a mason jar, tightly place the lid on, and refrigerate. Give the smoothie a couple of shakes before drinking.
