Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, use your hands to press the breadcrumbs and milk together until it forms a paste.
Then In a small bowl, stir the mustard and ketchup together. Set it aside for now.
To the paste, add the ground turkey, hamburger seasoning, salt, pepper, onion powder, granulated garlic, Worcestershire sauce, grated parmesan, eggs, ½ of the ketchup mustard mixture, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
Use your hands to mix all the ingredients until evenly distributed. You don't want to overmix because that can result in a tough meatloaf.
Next, place the meat mixture onto a 7 x11 or 9 x 11 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray and form it into a loaf.
For the glaze, spread the rest of the remaining ketchup mixture on top of the loaf, then lay the bacon slices over it, tucking it underneath if needed.
Place meatloaf into the oven and cook for 55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Turn the oven to broil and broil the meatloaf for 3-5 minutes or until the bacon gets crispy. Keep an eye on it during this time because it can go from crisp to burnt quickly.
Remove meatloaf from the oven and let it sit for about 5 minutes, slice, and serve.
