Equipment

  • High-speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 small Fuji apple
  • 3 teaspoons Chia seeds
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach frozen or fresh
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Filtered water as needed

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender in the order above, and blend until smooth. If your smoothie is a bit too thick, add small amounts of water until you get the desired consistency.

Notes

Meal prep instructions
Place all of the ingredients (except the liquid) into a freezer bag and freeze. In the morning place the ingredients in a blender, add the liquid and blend until smooth.
