  • 1.5 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • juice from half of lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons hemp hearts
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 cups filtered water


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water, if needed, for desired consistency.
