Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice half of a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • filtered water if needed

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend everything until it’s smooth.
  • Add more coconut milk or water if you want a thinner smoothie consistency.

Storage tips
To store: You can store leftover raspberry peach smoothies in an airtight container for one day, and I recommend a mason jar for best results. The smoothie consistency and color will change, but it will still be tasty; give it a few shakes before consuming.
