Start by combining the ground turkey, marinara sauce, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a medium to large bowl.
Mix everything until all the ingredients are combined.
Form turkey mixture into 4 burger patties.
Heat grill to medium-high and give it a few minutes to heat up.
Add the burgers to the grill and cook 5 minutes on each side
Add a slice of fresh mozzarella and cook another minute until the cheese is melted. The internal temperature needs to be at 165 for a safe eating temperature.
Remove from grill and let the burgers sit for a minute.
Build your burgers using rolls and the rest of the ingredients.
