This 5-star Italian meatloaf recipe includes ground turkey, poultry sausage, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Italian seasonings. It’s like eating a giant meatball! But much healthier!

Ingredients

Milk & Bread Ground Turkey Italian Poultry Sausage Eggs Unseasoned Breadcrumbs Grated Parmesan Italian seasoning Garlic & Onion Powder Worcestershire sauce Shredded Mozzarella  Marinara

Step 1: Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Then in a large bowl mash together bread and milk

Step 2: To the paste, add the ground turkey, Italian sausage, eggs, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, seasonings, mozzarella cheese, and marinara sauce.

Step 3: Mix all of the ingredients, using your hands, until everything is evenly distributed.

Step 4: Place the mixture onto a baking pan and form it into a loaf shape and spread the rest of the marinara sauce on top.

Step 5: Cook in a 350 oven for 60 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with the rest of mozzarella.

Step 6: Broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese melts.

Step 7: Remove meatloaf from the oven, let it sit for about 5 minutes, and then cut into thick slices and serve.
