- 6 Italian Chicken Sausage Links thickly sliced
- 4 bell peppers seeded and sliced
- 1 large white onion sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place the sausage, peppers, and onions on a sheet pan and drizzle the olive oil over top.
Sprinkle on the seasonings and then toss a couple times to make sure the sausage and vegetables are coated.
Cook for 40 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked and sausages are browned. Flip the sausages halfway through the cooking time.
This recipe can be made completely ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator (up to 5 days) or freezer (up to 3 months). Heat up in the microwave or on the stove. You can also prep the ingredients so they are ready to cook during the week.
