Apple corer
Apple peeler (if needed)
- 1 apple Use your favorite variety
- juice from half of a lemon
- 2 tablespoons organic creamy peanut butter use your favorite nut butter
- 2 tablespoon organic granola
- 4 teaspoons favorite toppings dried cranberries, raisins, goji berries, cacao nibs, unsweetened shredded coconut, or a mix of your favorite toppings
Cut the top off the apple and then cut into 4 slices. If you're using an apple corer, remove the core first and then cut it into slices.
Squirt the lemon juice over the apple slices. This helps to reduce the browning. If the apple slices are too wet from the lemon juice then use a paper towel to pat dry.
Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on one apple slice and top with 1 tablespoon granola and 2 teaspoons of your favorite toppings. Top with a second apple slice and enjoy. Repeat the steps with the last two apple slices.

How to Store
