Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp hearts
  • 1 cup Non-dairy milk coconut or almond
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend. If you need more ice or liquid then add a little at a time until you get the consistency you want.
