Pumpkin  Protein Balls

These pumpkin protein balls  are made with canned pumpkin, dried cranberries, and warm spices rolled together with oats, almond butter, and pure maple syrup. Healthy snack recipe to meal prep for the week.

Ingredients

Rolled oats Canned pumpkin Almond Butter Chia Seeds Vanilla Pumpkin Spice Pure Maple Syrup Vanilla Extract

Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl

Mix until all of the ingredients are combined. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.

Using a small cookie scoop to portion our batter and roll into balls

Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for 5 -7 days.

You can also freeze for 3-6 months.
