Pumpkin Granola

This Pumpkin Granola is everything Fall dreams are made of. Each bite is filled with crunchy pecans, maple, and all the flavors of pumpkin spice. It’s delicious and addicting!

Ingredients

Rolled Oats Chopped Pecans Pumpkin Pie Spice Salt Coconut sugar Pure Vanilla Extract Pure Maple Syrup Coconut Oil Canned Pumpkin

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, pumpkin pie spice, coconut sugar, pecans, and salt .

Step 2: Mix the dry ingredients. It's important to mix well to prevent clumps of spice when adding the wet ingredients.

Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, coconut oil, pumpkin and vanilla extract.

Step 4: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry. Mix until everything is coated and evenly distributed.

Step 5: Spread the granola mixture onto a sheet pan that's been sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 5: Bake in a 325 degree oven for 35 - 40 minutes or until fragrant and oats are toasted. Stir the oats halfway through.

Step 6: Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool for 45 minutes to an hour on the sheet pan. Break into clusters and store.

Step 7: Store in an airtight container. Mason jars or storage bags work great!

Serve with: Granola Milk and fruit Or grab an handful for a snack.
