The Best Pizza  Soup Recipe

Pizza Soup is everything you love about pizza transformed into a comforting low-carb soup recipe.  This pizza soup recipe gets better by the day, making it perfect for meal prep or freezing.

Ingredients

Chicken Italian Sausage Turkey Pepperoni Onions, Garlic, & Mushrooms Italian Seasoning Chicken Broth Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, & Tomato Paste Shredded Mozzarella

Cook the sausage a soup pot until there's only a little pink left - breaking up as it cooks.

Add the pepperoni and continue to cook until the sausage is no longer pink. Place into a bowl.

In the same pot cook the onions until translucent and then add in the garlic, cook until fragrant.

Add the mushrooms into the pot and cook until soft.

Add to the pot the cooked sausage, pepperoni, and all of the canned tomato ingredients.

Cook on a low simmer for 45 minutes.

Serve hot with shredded mozzarella cheese.
