Whole-Wheat Flour Baking soda & powder Pumpkin pie spice Salt Eggs Coconut Oil Coconut sugar Pure vanilla extract Coconut milk Canned Pumpkin Chocolate chips
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and the pumpkin pie spice.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut sugar and coconut oil until it forms a crumbly texture
Step 3: Whisk in one egg at a time
Step 4: Add the canned pumpkin, vanilla, and coconut milk.
Step 5: Whisk all the wet ingredients together until smooth.
Step 6: Add the dry ingredients in with the wet.
Step 7: Stir until just combined.
Step 8: Slowly stir in the chocolate chips
Step 9: Pour the batter into a bread pan that's been coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with more chocolate chips.
Step 10: Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the pumpkin bread sit for 5 minutes.
Step 11: Remove from the pumpkin bread from the pan and let it finish cooling on a wire rack.
