  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups chopped walnuts
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl combine rolled oats, walnuts, salt, and cinnamon. Combine well.
  • In a separate bowl combine maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut oil. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir well until all the oat mixture is coated.
  • Spread granola mixture onto a large baking sheet.
  • Baked for 35 - 40 minutes or until oats are toasty. You want to stir the granola every 15 minutes or so it cooks evenly and the ends don't burn.


Make Ahead Instructions
This granola and be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator and/or freezer.
