Preheat oven to 350 degree.
In a large bowl mix together the butter and sugars.
Mix in the greek yogurt, strawberry preserves, eggs, and pure vanilla extract.
Stir in the cocoa powder until the wet mixture turns dark and chocolatey.
Add the flour, salt, and baking powder to the wet mixture and slowly stir until all the ingredients are combined.
Slow stir in the 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.
Pour brownie batter into a 9-inch baking dish (sprinkle additional chocolate chips over top if you like) and bake for 22-23 minutes.
Let the brownies cool in the pan.
Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled.
