In a medium bowl mix together the rolled oats, nut butter, chia seeds, sweetener, and add-ns.
Cover and place into the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until the batter is firm.
Roll into 20 balls. You might need to wet hands throughout this step to keep the energy balls from sticking.
Place energy balls into an airtight containers and store up to 5 days. Or freeze up to 3 months.
