How to Make No Bake Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup - 1 cup add-ins chopped nuts, dried fruit, or chocolate chips.

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl mix together the rolled oats, nut butter, chia seeds, sweetener, and add-ns.
  • Cover and place into the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until the batter is firm.
  • Roll into 20 balls. You might need to wet hands throughout this step to keep the energy balls from sticking.
  • Place energy balls into an airtight containers and store up to 5 days. Or freeze up to 3 months.
