Medjool Date Energy Ball Recipe
This energy bite recipe uses only medjool dates as a base along with nut butter.
Organize Yourself Skinny
about 14, pits removed
creamy nut butter
add-ins like chopped nuts
chocolate chips, or other dried fruit.
pur vanilla extra
dash of water
Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes and then drain.
Places dates, nut butter, and chia seeds into a food processor and blend until it forms a thick dough. If the dough doesn't come together then add 1 tablespoon of water.
Stir in any add-ins, if using.
Roll into 20 balls and then store in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator, Let the energy bites sit in the refrigerator about 3 hours or overnight. You can also place in the freezer.
These energy balls can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator up to 5 days and frozen up to 3 months.
