Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • Put all of the dry ingredients (you can also add the extract) in a freezer bag or jar.
  • Label and put it into the freezer.
