Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
  • ½ cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon shredded unsweeten coconut

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend. If needed add more liquid (coconut milk or water) until you get the desired consistency.
