2chipotle peppers in adobe sauceseeds removed and finely chopped
Juice from 1 lime
1– 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
1/3cupplain greek yogurt
salt and pepper
10thin slices of organic smoked turkey breast
2 tomatoessliced
1large cucumbersliced and quartered
5wheat Flat Out wraps
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mash together avocado, yogurt, chipotle peppers, cilantro, half the lime juice, salt and pepper. Give it a taste. Add a more lime juice, salt, and pepper as needed.
Divide the avocado spread among the 5 wraps. Layer the turkey, cucumbers, and tomatoes on each of the wraps. Roll up and serve.
Notes
Make Ahead Instructions These wraps are best made the day you will eat them. If you want to make them ahead of time I recommend layering the turkey first then avocado spread. This will prevent wrap from getting soggy.
