  • 1 slice uncured organic deli ham or use any ham you wish
  • 1 tablespoon hummus
  • 1/2 slice swiss cheese
  • 4-5 baby spinach leaves


  • Spread hummus onto the slice of ham. Top that with swiss cheese and spinach leaves. Roll up and enjoy.


These can be made 1-2 days ahead of time.
