Kids are officially back to school and fall has begun! This weekend was filled with family fun, organization, preparing for back to school, and freezer cooking. Not always in that order and at many times everything was happening at once. Needless to say it was a busy weekend but so worth it because I feel completely ready to take on the new school year!
This week’s menu plan is going to be short and sweet. Everything is already made and in the freezer waiting to be consumed.

Bean and Cheese Burritos (recipe coming)
Yogurt, fruit, and granola
Grilled Pizza Pockets ( I baked these this time at 350 for 20 minutes)
Turkey “Fried” Rice (I made with ground chicken this time…yum)
Barbecue Chicken, Homemade Stove top Mac n Cheese (recipe coming), and corn.
100 calorie popcorn
weight watchers ice cream treats
cheese and crackers
