Low Carb Cucumber Sandwiches

  • 2 cucumber slices
  • 1 tablespoon of hummus
  • 1 tablespoon shredded carrot
  • small piece of turkey
  • small piece of cheese
  1. Take one cucumber slice and spread hummus over top. Layer on the rest of the ingredients and place the second cucumber slice on top. Enjoy.
