Beef and Cheddar "No Bread" Roll Ups

Serves: 1 roll up
  • 1-2 slices thinly sliced roast beef
  • ½ slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon or less of Thousand Island Yogurt Dressing (regular will do if you can find the yogurt dressing)
  • a few small pieces of onion
  • a few small pieces of tomato
  1. Lay out the roast beef. Place cheese, dressing, and vegetables on top. Roll up, cut in half, and enjoy
