Ham, Swiss, and Spinach Roll Ups {No Bread}

  • 1 slice uncured organic deli ham (or use any ham you wish)
  • 1 tablespoon hummus
  • ½ slice swiss cheese
  • 4-5 baby spinach leaves
  1. Spread hummus onto the slice of ham. Top that with swiss cheese and spinach leaves. Roll up and enjoy.
These can be made 1-2 days ahead of time.
