Cherry Vanilla Flax Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup frozen dark sweet cherries
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons flax
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  1. Mix all ingredients into a glass pint size mason jar, close lid, and store in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning stir it up and add a little coconut if needed for consistency.
