  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 slices fresh mozzarella
  • 4 rolls, if using
  • Mayonnaise, pesto, or Italian dressing
  • Tomato slices
  • Onions
  • Lettuce, baby spinach, or arugula
  1. In a medium to large bowl combine ground turkey, marinara sauce, Worchester sauce, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all of the ingredients are combined,
  2. Form mixture into 4 burger patties.
  3. Heat grill to medium-high and give it a few minutes to heat up.
  4. Add the burgers to the grill and cook 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Add a slice of fresh mozzarella and cook another minute until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from grill and let the burgers sit for a minute.
  7. Build your burgers using rolls and the rest of the ingredients.
