Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Frozen blueberries
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 (5.3 ounce) container Siggi's Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp hearts
  • 1 cup Non-dairy milk (coconut or almond)
  • ice if needed
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend. If you need more ice or liquid then add a little at a time until you get the consistency you want.
