Ingredients
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened cacao powder
  • ½ cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp hearts
  • 1 cup Non-dairy milk (coconut or almond)
  • 1 cup ice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend. If you need more ice or liquid then add a little at a time until you get the consistency you want.
