Over the weekends Jessi, a Skinny Mom’s Kitchen reader, posted on the Facebook wall that she created an Apple Cinnamon Muffin using the pumpkin muffin recipe I posted a few weeks ago. I have to say when I get messages like this it just makes my day. I love creating healthy recipes and love even more when it inspires you to create your own versions.
A little bit more about Jessi…
Jessi is a RN and has worked in the nursing field for over a year. She expressed that she has been inspired by the information found on Skinny Mom’s Kitchen and hopes to lose 40 to 50 pounds by next October when she will be in a wedding. I know she can do it and look forward to watching her work towards her goals.
