It is almost summer!!!  Isn’t so wonderful to be able to walk outside without bundling up in a few extra pounds of clothing just to stay warm? Sandals and light clothing seem so liberating… Until we think about how long it has been since we’ve worn those things! SO now it’s time to summer-ize our wardrobe, get a pedicure, and collect some healthy summer recipes to get us comfortable in our bathing suits!
