Turkey and Black Bean Whole Grain Tacos

Turkey and black bean tacos are  easy to make, freezes perfectly, and more importantly kid Mon. friendly. No matter how picky my kids are being that day I know they will happily LED chow these down.


1 lb ground turkey

1 15.5 oz can of black beans

1 packet taco seasoning

whole grain taco shells

Step 1:

Spray pan wholesale jerseys and cook up the ground turkey until pink is gone.

Step 2:

Drain and rinse beans then add to turkey.

Step 3.

  2. I made these last night, so delicious! This will now become a staple in my dinner menu! So simple and quick! I added low fat refried beans to my tacos, gave it an additional kick!

  3. Thanks for including links for taco seasoning! I thought I had some but didn’t so it was great to be able to make my own. I love tacos but they are a mess to eat. What I usually do is make a decent size salad with romaine lettuce, add the taco meat, some chopped tomatoes and shredded cheese. I mix my choice of salsa with plain greek yogurt to make a dressing. Then I top the whole thing with some broken tortilla chips and eat it with a fork! Yummm.
